Key Features:
- Pending Shipment Details:
Your customers will be able to view all of their pending shipments data, and in real time. Whenever you update the details of a shipment in Profit Tools, the new data is available online instantly.
- Completed Shipment Details:
Users will be able to view their full history of completed shipments. Whenever a pending shipment has been marked as completed in Profit Tools, it will be moved automatically to the completed shipments list.
- Quick View:
If your customer simply needs a quick look at what the last updated shipment details are, then they need look no further than the home screen. This feature allows for quick and easy access to the latest account activity.
- Full Data Search:
Just as it sounds, this feature allows users to easily search through records, and quickly locate the shipment data they need. Users can search by TMP#, REF#, MASTER BL#, BOOKING#, or CONTAINER#, as well as search for shipments by date.
- Document Image Records:
If you are a Profit Tools Document Imaging user, all of your scanned shipment documents will be available online, where your customers can download, save, and print them anytime they need.
- Rate Request:
This form does as its name suggests, allowing users to submit Rate Requests online 24/7. The request is delivered directly to your e-mail inbox (an additional backup copy is stored in the system database, which you can view via the admin interface). Forms are completely customizable, so you can modify them to your exact needs.
- Load Tender Request:
This form also does as its name suggests, allowing users to submit Load Tender
Requests online 24/7. The request is delivered directly to your e-mail

- Standard Status & Billing Reports:
